Welcome to Apsen Estate Management. I’m Jack Derrick the founder of this company which started back in 2008 as a small garden maintenance business.

Growing up I always had a strong interest in horticulture and helping out in the gardens at home.​​ In 2008 after working in the garden maintenance industry for a few years gaining experience I decided to go it alone and set about creating a business that could provide weekly and fortnightly maintenance services to the local area as well as design & landscaping services.

Fast forward to the present day and we now operate with a team of highly skilled horticulturalists, providing personalised, discreet and efficient services including maintenance, landscaping and design to clients in the Cotswolds area. I have built up a trusted, high profile reputation in the industry being renowned for attention to detail and committed to the highest possible standards by seamlessly managing some of the most beautiful gardens in the area along with an international, high net worth client portfolio that expects nothing less than the best service.
